  I would absolutely and without hesitation have them do additional work and fully intend to do so. They are honest and trustworthy, and even if they feel they have mis-priced a portion of the project due to underestimating the work involved they will honor their agreement.

 They genuinely care about delivering a quality product, and will go to great lengths to assure the costumer is satisfied and will absolutely correct any errors identified.

 In the end, the honesty, integrity and absolute insistence on a quality product at the agreed price make them a rare exception in the contracting world. Not only Farzan is a great contractor, but as you work with him you realize he is the kind of person that would also make a great friend.
